The villa sits in a quiet a private place ,10 min outside from Heraklion ,main city in Crete island and 10 min also from KAZANTZAKIS international airport, and main port ,with good acess to the main and coast road,degigned and constructed to a very high standard with attractive landscaping. Villa offers, light views and privacy in abundance,also 5 min walk distand from a wonderful beach. Renting fully furnished, this would make an ideal turnkey property for a family and group of friends.
Is a new villa that has been well built with many interesting features and high quality finishes throughout.
The villa has a large area below (120 qm),that can be used as second home, with separate entrance, with 2bedrooms ,2 bathrooms, Kitchen, and a very large living room space.
The property enjoys wonderful views of the mountains, and the expanse of sea below.
This area also benefits from some attractive landscaping which frames the garden and flower deds.
Internally the property has been finished to a very high standard furnitures( antiques,swarovski chandeliers,classical mirrors e.t.c.) also with air condition and central heating throughout,and fire places.
Water is heated in the summer by solar panels , and backed up with a diesel / electric boiler in winter.

Summary: We have been in the beautiful house with our group of friends. The house has a nice location with a view of the mountains and the sea. The house was very nice, clean and well maintained. on arrival we were received and we were given a tour and explanation, this was great. Me and my friends enjoyed it!
